Pete, Chris, and Joey do a Brutal Rewind on the real life Amityville killer, Ronald DeFeo Jr., who murdered his parents and four siblings in 1974. His crimes spawned the hoax that became the infamous Amityville horror story that made millions from books and movies that made the claim the house was haunted from the DeFeo family murders.
The guys covered the story originally at the 2019 Dark History & Horror Convention in Champaign, Illinois at a rare live broadcast with their friends in the Black Crypt Podcast. That episode was released as a bonus in February 2020.
Since DeFeo died in March of 2021 in prison, they decided to do a Brutal Rewind on the story and provide an update.
